Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, is sent to the outside provider that supplies the results. Reedley People Search does not retain a separate server copy of those searches. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to provide and use them to address that contact.

Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate use of those logs helps maintain the service and identify useful content. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic traffic analytics and advertising measurement where those features apply.
How Data Is Used
Limited visitor data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvement. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to California agencies, Fresno County offices, courts, libraries, or outside search services. Information submitted after leaving Reedley People Search is controlled by the destination's policy. Sponsored search results are also furnished by a third party with separate data practices.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors may process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers can receive the automatic information described above. Data may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it; visitor information is not otherwise shared.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Server logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the listed purposes. Because the service has no user accounts, it holds no visitor password or account profile.
People Under Age 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor appears to have submitted such information so it can be removed.
California Privacy Choices
The California Consumer Privacy Act may provide rights to know, correct, or delete personal information, depending on the business and request. Covered businesses generally respond within 45 calendar days and may take one additional 45-day period with notice. Use the Contact page for data held by Reedley People Search; we can review contact messages and available logs. Records held by Reedley, Fresno County, or California agencies remain under the control of their custodians. The California Privacy Protection Agency also maintains the data-broker registry and the state's centralized deletion mechanism for registered brokers.
